Mobile Aquariums

Bring An AGFC Mobile Aquarium To You!

AGFC mobile aquariums are available free of charge for display at qualifying community events. These events include educational programs, outdoor shows, schools or youth organizations. At each appearance, they are stocked with a large variety of native fish species.

Mobile Aquarium Event Information

Your event must be a public event (fair, community, festival), and have an attendance of over 150. The aquarium is not available for fundraisers, daycares, assisted living facilities, or for-profit events.

Requirements:

• Shade during the summer months.
• Solid level ground with ample parking space.
• A dedicated 110-volt -20 amp electrical outlet.
• If a multi-day event, night security will be required.
• A water source should be nearby and accessible.
• A clear and unobstructed path for exit in case of emergency.

Applications received that do not provide the necessary setup requirements will not be accepted.

The aquarium will attend outdoor events for one day and indoor events for up to three days.
The aquarium will not attend events during inclement weather, heavy rains, freezing
temperatures, hail or lightning. If your event is scheduled through a meal time, please allow for a meal break for our educator.
