You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 9 a.m. | Call to order. |
| 9:05 a.m. | Law Enforcement Semi-Annual Activity Report presentation. |
| 9:20 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 10:30 a.m. | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1 p.m. | Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 6 p.m. | Social function at Graffiti’s Italian Restaurant, 7811 Cantrell Rd. in Little Rock. |
| Thursday, Aug. 22 | |
| 8 a.m. | Attending short briefing with Director Pat Fitts in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 9 a.m. | The regular monthly commission meeting will be held in the AGFC auditorium. |
| Saturday, Aug. 24 | |
| 6 p.m. | Attending the Arkansas Outdoor Hall of Fame Banquet social function at the Statehouse Convention Center in Little Rock. |
