You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.
| Tuesday, Sept. 18 | |
| 3 p.m. | Attending the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Hunt Natural Program training at the AGFC Fort Smith regional office. |
| Wednesday, Sept. 19 | |
| 8 a.m. | Attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new AGFC Fort Smith regional office. |
| 9 a.m. | Touring Fort Chaffee. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch at AGFC Fort Smith regional office. |
| 1 p.m. | Touring Frog Bayou Wildlife Management Area. |
| 6 p.m. | Dinner at 21 West End in Fort Smith. |
| Thursday, Sept. 20 | |
| 9 a.m. | Attending breakfast in the Commandry Room at the Temple Live Event Center in Fort Smith. |
| 10 a.m. | Attending monthly commission meeting in the Lodge Room at the Temple Live Event Center in Fort Smith. |
