RFP/RFQ, Bid Notices and Vendor Registration
There are no Contracts, Bids or RFP/RFQ notices when this page is blank.
Proposals shall not be accepted after the designated bid opening date and time. In accordance with Arkansas Procurement Law and Rules, it is the responsibility of vendors to submit proposals at the designated location on or before the bid opening date and time. Proposals received after the designated bid opening date and time shall be considered late and shall be returned to the vendor without further review. It is not necessary to return “no bids” to the Agency.
Vendor Registration
Vendors must register through the Arkansas Vendor Services portal on the link provided below through the Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services. Vendors need to be registered with Arkansas Vendor Services to do business with the State.
