AGFC Commissioner Meeting Notice

You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

Tuesday, Aug. 18
1 p.m.	Commissioners will meet at the Camp Robinson Special Use Area Multi-purpose Building, 331 Clinton Road, to tour the Camp Robinson SUA in Mayflower.
3 p.m.	Discussion regarding SUA tour, WMA needs and upcoming projects at the Enforcement Training Center, 213 B Hwy. 89 South in Mayflower.
5 p.m.	Dinner at the Enforcement Training Center in Mayflower.
Wednesday, Aug. 19 Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and health concerns, the AGFC central office meeting areas remain closed to in-person attendance, except by limited individuals necessary to the proceedings (i.e., commissioners, director, representatives of the media, and others as may be determined by the Commission chairman and director). The regular monthly committee and commission meetings are being held virtually in the AGFC director’s conference room, 2 Natural Resources Dr. in Little Rock. The meetings will be available via video and will be live-streamed. Links to the Wednesday meeting will be found at Committee Meeting and the Thursday meeting at Commission Meeting. Both meetings will be archived on the AGFC’s YouTube channel.

9:05 a.m.	Committee chair assignments announced.
9:10 a.m.	Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.
10:30 a.m.	Break
10:45 a.m.	Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.
11:30 a.m.	Lunch in the AGFC director’s meeting room.
12:30 p.m.	Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.
1 p.m.	Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.
1:30 p.m.	Break
1:45 a.m.	Intergovernmental Relations Committee in the AGFC director’s conference room.
2:15 p.m.	Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.
2:30 p.m.	Research Review Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room.
6 p.m.	Dinner at Rockwater Marina, 1600 Rockwater Blvd. in North Little Rock.
Thursday, Aug. 20
9 a.m.	The regular monthly commission meeting will be held in the AGFC director’s conference room.
