You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 9:05 a.m. | Guest speakers. |
| 9:30 a.m. | Committee chair assignments. |
| 9:35 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 10 a.m. | Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 10:30 a.m. | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11:30 p.m. | Lunch in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 6 p.m. | Dinner at Trio’s Restaurant, 8201 Cantrell Rd. in Little Rock |
| Thursday, July 18 | |
| 8 a.m. | Attending short briefing with Director Pat Fitts in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 9 a.m. | The regular monthly commission meeting will be held in the AGFC auditorium. |
| Friday, July 19 | |
| 11 a.m. | Attending AGFC Enforcement Cadet Graduation Ceremony at Antioch Baptist Church in Conway. |
