You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 9 a.m. | Guest speakers. |
| 9:30 a.m. | Intergovernmental Relations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 10 a.m. | Personnel/Governance Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 10:30 a.m. | Regulations Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch in the AGFC director’s meeting room. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1 p.m. | Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Budget Committee meeting in the AGFC director’s conference room. |
| 6 p.m. | Dinner at Capers Restaurant, 14502 Cantrell Road in Little Rock. |
| Thursday, Oct. 18 | |
| 8 a.m. | Attending short briefing with Director Pat Fitts in the AGFC Auditorium meeting room. |
| 9 a.m. | The regular monthly commission meeting will be held in the auditorium. Following the commission meeting, staff and guest presentations are scheduled for the AGFC director’s conference room. |
