You are hereby notified that Commissioners of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission will meet on the following dates and times to consider any business that may be brought before the Commission. Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held at the AGFC offices, 2 Natural Resources Drive in Little Rock.

| 9 a.m. | Touring the renovations at the Dr. James E. Moore Jr. Camp Robinson Firing Range in Mayflower. Following the firing range tour, commissioners will visit the AGFC telecommunications center at the H.C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 10 a.m. | Attending Personnel and Governance Committee meeting at the H.C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 11 a.m. | Attending Education/IT/GIS/Communications Committee meeting at the H.C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 11:30 a.m. | Lunch at the H.C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 12:30 p.m. | Attending Regulations Committee meeting at the H.C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 1 p.m. | Attending Research and Review Committee meeting at the H.C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |
| 1:30 p.m. | Attending Property Management/Oil and Gas Committee meeting at the H.C. “Red” Morris Training Center in Mayflower. |

| 9 a.m. | Attending the regular monthly commission meeting in Little Rock. Immediately following the meeting, Commissioners will be meeting with architects working on the Northwest Arkansas nature center project. |
