Statewide Sportfish Daily Limits

Species Daily Limit
Alligator gar (This is different for bowfishing and gigging) 2
Black bass (largemouth, spotted, smallmouth combined) 10
There are no statewide length limits for largemouth or spotted bass.
Smallmouth bass (check length limit) 4
Rock bass (Ozark and Shadow bass) 10
Bream (bluegill, redear, longear, warmouth and other sunfishes combined) 50
No daily limit on bream shorter than four inches.
Catfish (channel, blue, flathead combined) 10
No daily limit on bullhead catfish.
Crappie (black, white combined, refer to zone map)
Tiger muskie 6
Northern Pike 6
Paddlefish 2

Striped bass (including hybrid stripers) 6
Trout (all rainbow, brown, cutthroat, lake and brook combined per day) 5

Daily Limit − The total limit of a specific fish species that may be taken in one day.

Possession Limit − The total limit of a specific fish species that is in your possession at any time, whether on your person or stored in another location.
