  • Clarified baitfish regulations for Norfork Lake. Check Page 63.
  • Placed a 14-inch minimum length limit for largemouth bass on the lower Ouachita River from Tate’s Bluff to Felsenthal Lack and Dam, and the lower Saline River from Stillion Bridge to the mouth. Check Page 73 and 74, respectively.
  • Placed a 20-inch minimum length limit on flathead catfish on the Ouachtia River between Camden and the Little Missouri River. Check Page 73.
  • Allowed the use of only wood or cane poles to be anchored in the substrate of AGFC-owned lakes to support yo-yos and limblines. Check page 29-30.
  • Clarified the downstream boundary for Narrows
  • Tailwater Trout Area. Check Page 71.
  • Rescinded the 15-inch minimum length limit on largemouth bass in Lake Jack Nolen. Check Page 60.
  • Reduced the limit for harvest of largemouth bass from statewide limit of 10 to 6 per day on Lake Jack Nolen. Check Page 60.
  • Special regulation area boundaries on Bull Shoals and Greers Ferry Tailwaters have been clarified. Check pages 72, 75.
  • A 24-inch minimum length limit 1 fish/day creel limit for brown trout on the Bull Shoals and Norfork Tailwaters has been issued. Check pages 72, 75.
  • Added Entergy Park Pond (Hot Springs) in the Family and Community Fishing Program under the Community Fishing Regulation. Check pages 12-13, 58.
  • Clarified the language regarding the proper way to measure a fish. Check Page 27.
  • Shovelnose sturgeon has no daily limit but must be 21 inches or longer to keep. All sturgeon taken from the Mississippi River must be released immediately. Check Page 9, 72.
  • Changed the wording of the White River Lakes Agreement from Highway 62 bridge to Houseman Access. Check Page 18.
  • Hogging and noodling are now allowed on Lake Charles and the Strawberry River below U.S. Highway 167. Check pages 10-11, 56 and 74. In addition to the daily limit, ten blue catfish may be taken from Lake Erling and Millwood Lake. Check pages 58, 62. Mobility impaired anglers must have a mobility impaired card when fishing Dry Run Creek. Check Page 70.
  • Largemouth bass caught in Lake Hindsville must be released immediately, regardless of size. Check Page 60.
