Salem City Lake (Page 65), Armory Pond (SAU Campus) (Page 55) and Mattocks Park Lake (El Dorado) (Page 63) are now regulated as Family Fishing areas.

Holders of disabled fishing licenses, along with one current fishing license holder for assistance, are allowed to fish all waters listed under Family Fishing regulations (pages 12-13, 55-68).

Mike Freeze England Community Fishing Pond is now regulated with special community fishing regulations (pages 12-13, 63).

The Lake Hogue largemouth bass slot limit (13-16 inches) has been removed (Page 61).

There is no limit on white bass and hybrid striped bass on Lake Monticello (Page 63).

Only one barbed hooking point is allowed per pole for bait-fishing throughout Greers Ferry Tailwater (pages 72-73).

The Cossatot River (an Ouachita Zone Quality Stream) now has a daily limit of 2 smallmouth bass and they must be 12 inches or longer to keep (Page 71).

A 20-inch minimum length limit on striped bass has been placed on Beaver Lake (Page 56).

A trout permit is required to fish from Narrows Dam to the Hwy 27 Bridge on Lake Greeson Tailwater (Page 72).

Round traps not exceeding three feet in diameter and six feet in length are allowed as baitfish tackle (Page 33).

Smallmouth bass have a minimum length limit of 18 inches with a daily limit of one on the Buffalo River from the confluence of Clabber Creek downstream to the confluence with the White River (Page 70).

Catfish snagging is legal Jan. 1-Feb. 15 with a daily limit of five catfish (no more than two flatheads) on the Black River (Page 70) to the Spring River (Page 75) confluence as well as the St. Francis River (Page 75) to Payneway Structure.

New definitions have been created for minimum length limit, maximum length limit, protected length limit and how to measure a fish (Page 31).

Boat motor size has been restricted on the Eleven Point River to 30 horsepower or less at the propeller or jet pump (Page 71).

Bullhead catfish are now considered baitfish (Page 32).

Lake June is now open to fishing with rod or pole only and the daily limit of catfish has changed from 10 to five (Page 62).

Only baitfish purchased from an Arkansas licensed dealer or wild-caught baitfish captured in Norfork Lake may be used in Norfork Lake (pages 32-33, 64).
