The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's fisheries division released two guidebooks each year. The Arkansas Fishing Guidebook is published in late December and the Arkansas Trout Fishing Guidebook is published in mid-January. Both of these books are available at license dealers, marinas and bait shops.
