Cooking with Phyllis is the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission's way of sharing the skills of our very own Phyllis Speer with the public.
Several years ago Phyllis Speer and John Philpot teamed up to film Arkansas Outdoors, an AETN television series that shares the beauty of Arkansas and the many activities available to sportsmen, conservationists and others who just enjoy the outdoors.
Arkansas Outdoors airs each Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. on AETN. Take time to check out this 30-minute, fun-filled show about Arkansas and watch Phyllis as she whips up her famous recipes in a dutch oven.
