Coaches Training  ~  None currently scheduled. 

Application Information

The following forms must be filled out when applying for an AYSSP coach position:

• Coaches Consent to Release Information
• Coaches Application
• Background Check Form 

These forms must be filled out, notarized and mailed to the following address:

An Arkansas State Police background check will be run on every applicant unless they are an active Hunter Education Instructor on file with the AGFC. You will be notified by e-mail if approved and will receive information about the next coaches training day. 

The following forms must be filled out by the participant/student and sent in by their AYSSP certified coach no later than January 15 of each year: 

• Participant Release Form
• Participant Student Information
