Students may call (501) 223-6378 or toll-free (800) 482-5795, or email Aimee Swaim and request a CD-ROM be mailed to take the course on their home computer. Be sure to include your complete mailing address in your e-mail. The student must complete each section of the self-study course and schedule a supervised final examination at an official testing site.
