Here’s how it works. First you need to study the Boat Arkansas material in each chapter and then complete the chapter exercises. When you have studied all six chapters, take the practice test free of charge to ensure you've mastered the information.
Once you feel you know the material, take the certification exam . There is a $15 charge for the boating safety test that will be collected online. If you pass the online boating test (achieve a score of 80% or better), you will receive your Arkansas Boating Education card in the mail.
