Location: Located in Independence County. 11 miles  southwest of Batesville off  of Arkansas Highway 230.

Ownership: Land owned by Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. 
Age: Maps of area dated August 5, 1959. Area just now being developed.
Purpose: Area will be managed for deer, turkey, rabbit and squirrel.
Description: Area is moderately to steeply sloped pine and hardwood area is in 9 parts ranging from 40 acres to 500 acres. Area totaling approximately 1,000 acres.
Access: US highway 167 south out of Batesville to state highway 230 west to town of Jamestown. WMA nearby
off Jamestown Loop road.
