Description:

This area is located in the Little River and Red River drainage systems and primarily consists of intensively managed pine timberlands and mixed pine/hardwood tracts.

Access points are located along Hwy. 108 between Ashdown and Foreman and north of the Wallace
Community on Hwy 32.

Opportunities:

Practices:

Wildlife management practices are integrated with timber management practices to provide quality
wildlife habitat and hunting opportunities. These management practices provide substantial open land
habitats and stimulate excellent browse production.
