These publications are interpretive summaries of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s regulations and contains those rules which affect most hunters and anglers.
These guides are not legal documents. Copies of the official Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Code of Regulations are available online, by calling (501) 223-6351 or writing to the Communications Division of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission at 2 Natural Resources Drive, Little Rock, AR 72205.
The regulations in these publications are those passed by the Commission. If any variation occurs at a Commission meeting after this publication goes to press, it will be widely publicized.
