This handbook is published by Boat Ed, the official provider of the Arkansas boating safety course.  The handbook covers items such as vessel lengths, capacities, registration, float plans, navigation rules, emergencies as well as laws pertaining to boating.

Guide to Arkansas Boating Law 2007

This downloadble brochure is a summary of Arkansas boating law (Title 27, Subtitle 7) and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission regulations; it is not comprehensive. Some waters are under special regulations, which are posted at access areas.
