AGFC wildlife officers uncover DeshaCounty cockfighting ring

KELSO – Wildlife officers with theArkansas Game and Fish Commission arrested 29 people on March 2 afterdiscovering a cockfighting ring in Desha County. Officers were investigatingseveral vehicles parked near a canal on Hilburn Road just off Arkansas Highway138 near Kelso.
