LITTLE ROCK – “Talkin’ Outdoors” has been a staple on local television for more than two decades, but the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission’s popular outdoor program has never looked better than it does today.

Dove, Canada goose, teal seasons mean HIP is required
LITTLE ROCK – Dove and early Canada goose hunting seasons open Sunday, Sept. 1, statewide, and hunters need to make sure they're registered for the Harvest Information Program, usually called HIP.

Commission's hotline updated with hunting information
LITTLE ROCK – The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission has a toll free number targeting those outdoorsmen specifically interested in the state’s wildlife. The toll free number is 800-440-1477 and will be updated regularly.
