Fishing Tip: Heat stroke is a real possibility during the dog days of summer. A person should normally take in about 2 liters of water per day just to balance what is normally lost, but when the weather is extremely hot, you can lose 2 liters of water in a couple of hours. Be sure to drink water regularly while on the lake or bank. Don't wait until you feel thirsty; stay hydrated and stay safe.
