Fishing Highlight of the Week:  Lower White Oak Lake near Camden is currently being drained for an extensive repair to the damaged spillway gate. But biologists are not pulling the plug on the fish. This week, they are working with electrofishing equipment to transfer as many fish from the lake to the upper lake and holding ponds with the intention of restocking them once the spillway gate is repaired in January of 2013.
