February 10, 2011 Weekly Fishing Report

Fishing Tip: Cold feet? Believe it or not, that extra pair of socks can actually make your feet feel colder. Cotton socks underneath insulated socks will trap moisture next to your skin, adding to your discomfort. The extra pair of socks also can make your boots fit too tightly around the ankle, causing poor circulation. Blood coming from the body helps warm extremities, and poor circulation prevents this. Just use one pair of heavyweight insulated socks with insulated boots that fit properly and your feet will thank you for it.
