Game and Fish Commission answers complaint, seeks dismissal of suit filed by Sheffield Nelson
Commission notes complaint lacks facts, harm
The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission filed an answer today that notes former Commission Chairman Sheffield Nelson has not established sufficient grounds to pursue a lawsuit against the agency. The filing notes Nelson has not established personal harm or injury in his complaint.

Arkansas Game and Fish Commission increases funds for Arkansas Hunters Feeding the Hungry
The Arkansas Game and Fish Commission last week unanimously voted to appropriate $50,000 to Arkansas Hunters Feeding the Hungry to help offset processing costs for the non-profit organization. The money comes from the state's General Improvement Fund.

Bird programs planned at Springdale's Shiloh Museum
Arkansas birding experts Joe Neal and Lynn Sciumbato will present a program "Holidays Are for the Birds!" Saturday, Dec. 4, at the Shiloh Museum of Ozark History in Springdale.
