Fishing Tip: Just after a fall rain, shad and other baitfish will congregate near runoffs where warm, fresh water is flowing into a lake or river. Bass, crappie and bream will follow the baitfish shallow and can be caught on small minnow-imitating lures such as Rapala Floating Minnows and small Rat-L-Traps.
